MARKET EXHIBITION OF PLANTS PRODUCED IN THE BOTANICAL GARDEN OF TURIN

 

On the occasion of the opening of the 2021 season, plants reproduced by the volunteers of the Botanical Garden in the multiplication greenhouse, belonging to unusual and particular species, will be exhibited and offered for sale.

Here are some examples:

Acanthostachys strobilacea and Bromelia sp. (Bromeliaceae)

Dendrobium speciosum (Orchidaceae)

Oncidium sphacelatum (Orchidaceae)

Hoya carnosa and other species (Asclepiadaceae)

Phlebodium aureum (Pteridophytes)

Asplenium bulbiferum (Pteridophytes)

Ruellia makoyana (Acanthaceae)

Clivia sp. (Amaryllidaceae)

Rhipsalis sp. (Cactaceae)

Tropical Hybiscus (Malvaceae)

Raphidophora raphyphylla (Araceae)

And again, aquatic plants, carnivorous plants, cacti and succulents, orchids in pots or rafts and many other goodies for connoisseurs.

REDUCED ENTRANCE TICKET (3 EURO)

 

RESERVATION IS NOT REQUIRED FOR ACCESS (IN CASE OF A LARGE ENTRANCE, ENTRANCES WILL BE CONTINGENT BY THE STAFF PRESENT)

IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO VISIT THE GREENHOUSES BECAUSE THE NECESSARY AERATION IS NOT GUARANTEED.

 

COMPLIANCE WITH COVID-19 PREVENTION PROTOCOLS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ACCESS AND STAY IN THE BOTANICAL GARDEN.
